Joseph Chou - Founder & CEO Joseph Chou was born in Beijing, China. After obtaining his BA at the prestigious Peking University he went on to study in the US. Upon returning to China he became a diplomat. He migrated to Australia in 1991. In August 2002, Joseph founded the Sydney arm of a property group. He worked closely with his two partners and many talented people, and led the group to achieve close to $1.5 billion in sales revenue within a few short years. In 2006, Joseph decided to opt out of the partner game and set up his own business, Ironfish, an integrated property investment and finance services company headquartered in Sydney. The company grew over 300% in the past year and is expected to continue on this tremendous growth path. Joseph is a strong believer in giving back to society. Over the years he has not only given financial support to many worthwhile causes, but also his valuable time to help people in their pursuit of success.

John Schaap - Advisor John was till September 2004, Managing Director of Burswood Ltd., a major entertainment company and casino in Perth. He left following the takeover by PBL Ltd. His experience includes more than 25 years with Qantas, where he held key positions of General Manager, Australia and prior to that Director of Airline Operations and General Manager, Passenger Services.
He was also Chief Executive of Air Pacific in Fiji, Managing Director of Australian Airlines and following the merger with Qantas left the airline industry to head American Express for Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President. John was Managing Director of Thakral Holdings, a hotel and property group and has been a director of a number of organizations and companies over the years including American Chamber of Commerce, the Business Council of Australia, Tourism Council of Australia, the Australian F1 Grand Prix, Adelaide and Tourism Victoria and more recently the WA Chamber of commerce, the Australian Gaming Council and The Australian Casino Association.
John is currently a Non- Executive Director of Retirement Villages Group, ASM Liquor, and The Australian Motor Sport Foundation.
Susanne Anderson - Director Susanne has been working in the property industry in various capacities for over 8 years. Before joining Ironfish, Susanne accumulated rich accounting knowledge and experience with a prestigious Sydney chartered accounting firm.
Susanne has accumulated vast “hands on' experience in many aspects of the property industry from property management to administration, operations and general management.
