Ironfish does rigorous due diligence on every project and research forms an essential part of evaluating which properties will perform well for clients. Research covers all aspects of the property from analysing the experience of the developer, quality of design and construction to the property’s location in relation to amenities, transport and services that quality tenants demand. Ironfish also looks at any key growth drivers (“X” factors) for the area such as new infrastructure and investment that will vastly improve the area and add extra value to property prices. Experienced investors know that there are significant differences between finding properties they “like” and finding ones that make good investments.
