• Use other people’s money, knowledge and skills
• Find a vehicle that gives you the greatest leverage from money. E.g. property investment gives you huge controlling power on greater valued assets, tax credits and rent.
• Seek out Specialists – People/Services who can do it better, while you focus your time and energy on making money. E.g. leave accounting to your accountant, tax planning to your tax specialist, finance to your consultant and legal issues for your solicitor
