Ironfish is a proud sponsor of Surf Life Saving Foundation, Sir Roden & Lady Cutler Foundation and Operation Flinders Foundation. We are also a National Corporate Donor for the Property Investment Foundation (PIF).
PIF is a property industry based charity that has been doing amazing work for the past 20 years in supporting homeless young people in Australia. PIF partners with respected charities to help rebuild the lives of young Australians by building homes and safe environments as well as building pathways for employment. At Ironfish, our over-arching mission is to help Australian families achieve financial security and change their lives for the better. As a PIF National Corporate Donor, we now have the ability to expand on this mission, and help the most vulnerable members of our community find safe and secure housing, as well as access to education and services that will help them work towards a happier, secure and successful future.
We congratulate the work of the Surf Life Saving Foundation; since 1907, Surf Life Savers have volunteered their time and effort to provide a dedicated lifesaving service around the country.
We’re continuing to show our support and sponsoring Surf Life Saving Foundation.
We also acknowledge the work of Sir Roden & Lady Cutler Foundation, which provides emergency transport for the young, the elderly and the disabled needing to get to and from vital medical appointments.
Ironfish has been a contributor to this foundation from the day it was founded.
Ironfish has been involved in Operation Flinders Foundation Epic Impact Bike Ride with corporate sponsorship as well as individual participants in the event. Operation Flinders offers an eight-day transformational outdoor program in the Northern Flinders Ranges for at-risk youth.
In September 2014, Ironfish had the pleasure of visiting two local villages in the Fiji, Mavua and Tubairata and spent time with the community. Below is a post from our friends at Sigatoka River Safari in Fiji.
“It was quite emotional for the team on Thursday 11 September 2014, as we welcomed the Ironfish group into Mavua and Tubairata Villages. Our beloved colleague Miriama was instrumental in helping organise this group and we were amazed when the group generously donated $2,500 AUD to each village to help complete respective projects in both villages. In Mavua, they will utilise the money for their kindergarten and in Tubairata they will use the money to hopefully complete building their church! We thank the people from Ironfish for such a generous contribution and we look forward to showing you the projects completed!”
