Our story

Ironfish was founded by our CEO Joseph Chou — whose personal journey from ‘Bicycles to Bentley’s’ continues to inspire many – along with Susanne Anderson, our Chief Operating Officer and Grant Ryan, our Director of Property and Research.

In 2006, we started with a single office, 12 staff and a mission to help Australian families achieve financial wellbeing through property investment. We’re now a national company with 350+ staff and offer additional services in property management, property development and mortgage broking. Through our expansion we’ve been able to help thousands of investors (and counting) achieve their property goals.
